The two corporations forming MTEC have proudly provided clients in Texas with a full range of Construction Management, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Management as well as Field Inspection and Testing Support Services since 1980.

In May 2013, PDX Holdings decided MTEC  Companies, Inc. is the firm to team with. Our Chief Operations Officer structured the merger of TLG/MTEC Companies, Inc. into the family of PDX family. Prior to the formation of MTEC Companies, Inc., our sister company TLG was successful in negotiating contracts with ATCO Plaza, LLC to Draft a TCEQ Closure Plan for an 8-million gallon Evaporation Pond and Package WWTP. MTEC Companies has successfully expanded services to ATCO whic encompass; Closure Plan Execution & Oversight, Cost Estimating, Procurement and Quality Control during the construction of the 13 acre Industrial Park.
